Institute of Public Health, Kalyani admissions are offered to Master of Public Health (MPH) course. It is a full-time two year course affiliated to The West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata. Candidates seeking admission have to qualify the admission test as well as interview conducted by WBUHS. Moreover, it is mandatory for candidates to meet the required eligibility criteria. 

As per Institute of Public Health, Kalyani admission criteria for MPH, candidates should have completed Bachelor Degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent i.e. BHMS/BDS), Master Degree in Pharmacology(M.Pharma), post-Graduate Degree (MA/M.Sc) in Sociology, Economics, Anthropology/ Geography/Rural Development/ Psychology/Microbiology/Physiology/Botany/ Zoology/Biotechnology Developmental Studies/ Nursing (M.Sc Nursing) From the institution recognised by U&n diversity Grand Commission/ State Universities of Health Sciences/ Medical Council of India/ Other relevant professional authority.

Institute of Public Health, Kalyani Application Process 

The application form for Institute of Public Health, Kalyani admission to MPH course will be made available at WBUHS official website. Interested candidates will have to submit the form before the deadline. The form filling process will include registration, submitting detailed personal and academic information, uploading documents and payment of registration fee. Candidates should check the eligibility criteria laid down by the authorities beforehand. Aspirants failing to meet the eligibility criteria by Institute of Public Health, Kalyani will be disqualified from the admission process. 

Documents required for Institute of Public Health, Kalyani admission

  • Admit card of the Admission Test in original

  • Mark-sheet(s) of qualifying examination and Provisional/Final passing certificate in original.

  • Registration Certificate issued by State Registration Councils, if applicable.

  • Proof of age, e.g., Admit card or Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination OBC-A/OBC-B/SC/ST/ certificate if applicable. OBC, OBC-A, OBC-B certificate must ratify the present income of the family 

  • In- service candidates (E.S.I, Central Government, West Bengal Government, other State Government or employed under any Private Establishment and any other autonomous bodies receiving funds from State Government/Central Government) have to furnish ‘No Objection’ certificate in respect of her current status during counseling. Other candidates will produce the relieving order of the last working institution.

  • Any other relevant document

As you have not mentioned which college application you are talking about, I'll give you a general answer for this .

Due to the pandemic there has been a lot of delay this year in admissions as well as semester exams of students .

Although ,many colleges in the past 1 month have come up with the application forms and their date of exams . Some have come up with the new pattern of home exams which will be monitored by authorities, some have not .

You just have to be updated about whichever exam you want to opt, it's respective college and the dates by going through the website REGULARLY.
