Isabella Thoburn College is run by the Isabella Thoburn Society of the Methodist Church in India and is an Associate College of the University of Lucknow. It was started as a small school on 18th April 1870 by Miss Thoburn, an American Missionary of the Methodist Church who I quote "No people can rise higher as a people than the point to which they educate their women " Her vision was to educate and empower Indian Women for leadership

I guess the course I am doing is in reasonable price

I am 1st year student this my being day but till campus life is ok

The infrastructure of the college is very good. It has garden area which is very nice and a canteen is also good. We have library which have lots of book to help us learn new things also. The commerce department is very nice.

The teachers were good the teach in a simple way so we can understand the topic very well. I have choosen Bcom because I want to be a banker or in railway office so it helps me to gain information about that.

It depends on percentage and performance of a student. Mostly 60-65% is important to get admission but students get the opportunity to take an entrance exam and if the pass they can also join the college.

Fir Bcom I have paid 28350 rupees for 1st semester. Yes I think the money is worth because Bcom is a course which needs proper study and our teachers were giving 100% to make us learn things so it's worth.

Our college is having best features. We have co curricular activities like a mental stability session which we have on Friday for 1 hour. The college is having all the securities and emergency facilities.

Overall college is average commerce department is nice the only concern is if they have ac they should use them. There are lots of events that take place and there are lots of clubs as well college is great for co curriculum activities . Canteen area is horrible I feel like it's unhygienic honestly speaking I even don't like to go there

Academically is nice with great staff and teachers environment is also great for students but time issue is there time table is not properly maintained there are huge gaps between classes which is irritating.

To be honest I don't about placement but I have heard good about placement and read that IT is really working hard and is securing places in heart of students . Everything is good about this college placement salary package every is pretty decent

28 k is good for a year

College infrastructure is well established. Building are well built facilities provided in those buildings are excellent. Garden is too good to sit and spent time there . Washrooms are well established but not cleaned

I'm studying bcom because it was perspective to choose bcom after that I'll pursued for sure. The quality of teachers are excellent. I personally felt attached to the teachers. The course which I pusued will surely help in got the perfect job.

According to what I got to know is that placements is good. The students which have pursued the b.ed surely got excellent places in good schools or colleges. When i got to know I felt like it's the nice place for me to study here.

College staff always value for the money. The course of bcom it's cost per year is 30 thousand rupees. I do fell that I am getting my money's worth due to the study material and everything worth it properly.

College campus is best as it have many features. It have proper washrooms, proper classrooms being up proper canteen area. The dogs which are present, there are very, very good in nature. I feel very good that students teachers are getting.Emotionally attached or not emotionally attachedBut yes, they are being got to understand both the .

In the bcom department there are AC in few classes whereas some classes are having only fans in which all the fans are not working, the classrooms are not clean, the canteen is not well developed ……..

I am doing bcom in IT college the explaination of teachers and style of teaching is good the things are understandable easily……… the teachers are friendly and sometimes strict here teachers dont force for anything

The quality of placement in my college is not good a very few percent of students were placed at good positions i dont know the exact highest salary package offered …….. the percentage of placement is low

According to the fees the college should have provided more facilities ….as we bcom student pay ₹28,350 per year i dont think my money is getting worth here as it do not provide you proper facilities

In my perspective the campus life is average

Our college is eco friendly and gives positive vibe . Library is also good and it gives so peace to every student who want to study and focus on their academics . It is very beneficial for everyone .

Our college gives 200% attention to each and every student and work for them very simultaneously . All the teacher’s are really very hardworking , they try their best to clear the doubts of the student

Placements are also considered very beneficial for the students . Students who wanted the placement in any kind of field of the college it is considered too be worth and good . Placements play an important role in the growth of the student

This college is worth full in every kind of facility .It provides proper maintenance and needed things what a student needs . The maintenance here is the much good as the amount payed for the fees …..

The rule and regulations are also good for girls ... college was good ,neat and clean ...the canteen was also good and taste was also good ..and teachers are also friendly and slove all the problems or ours ...i must say everyone should take a addmission in this college..thanku

I was doing bcom ..and teachers are very good .... They teach very nicely and we understand everything....they slove evey problem of ours...even if they busy and taking another class and we have a any query they can slove everything..

I didn't know about much for placement but this college provide gud placement...this college provide good placement for our future ...where we can give interview and choose the best office for our future

See I would say that the money we spent in this college was good part of our life ...I must say everyone should be a part of our college

College infrastructure is good from outside and in Commerce department there are facilities of AC, Lift but are accessible only to teachers. Otherwise things are well maintained but the toilets are very unhygienic, not clean.

The Bcom department is providing best quality teaching experience. Yes, our curriculum is updated but should also engage some practical exposure so that it makes it more worthy and interesting course.

I have been known by my seniors that placements are less in Bcom , and only few companies visit. With average package of 3-4 lakhs only. Rest, hoping for a good placement for myself as well in future.

The fees is very reasonable and affordable. It's 28350 annually for B.Com. It's a good college for accedmics and fun and my money is worth invested.

College campus is huge but advanced technology is only for faculty members not students. There are lot of activities like - aura, annual fest, sports day, fresher & farewell paries, NCC/NSS/SGA training, which makes students engaged apart from only studying. The teachers and support staff is helpful but students are only girls so sometimes makes your college life too boring because co-ed life was best than an all girls college. It's location is connected to metro and all necessary shops, malls, travel is available near to my college.

Overall is good but there are only 2-3 classes per day and when they are over you are required to stay back in college till 12 noon which makes it time waste for few students who can reach home on time and do self study.
