Janata Shikshana Samiti Sakri Law College, Hubli offers placement through the Placement Cell. The training and placement department equips students with employable skills through training and workshops. Through the placement cell, the JSSSLC makes students constantly aware of the changing trends and demands of the industry so as to equip them with the highest level of potential for cracking the tough selection procedures. The placement process of JSSSLC is given below:

• Sending and acceptance of Invitation: The college sends an invitation to the potential recruiters via mail for conducting the recruitment drive and if the company wishes to conduct a placement drive, it accepts the invitation.
• Registration for placement and submission of CVs: Candidates interested in participating in the placement drive are invited to register in the recruitment drive and then submit their updated resume.
• Fixing an Interview: A schedule will be made with the mutual consent of the recruiters and the placement cell and dates will be finalised for the campus recruitment.
• Introduction to the company: Companies will deliver a pre-placement talk for the students. The pre-placement helps the students to clear all the queries.
• Shortlisting of enlisted candidates: Based on the specific academic requirements as demanded by the recruiters, participation of the students in extracurricular activities, etc, the Cvs of the candidates will be shortlisted. 
• Written Tests conducted by Recruiters: Candidates whose CVs have been shortlisted have to qualify a written test to judge the skill-sets and knowledge of the potential students and candidates qualifying the test further proceed with the placement process.
• Group Discussion: Students who successfully qualify the test will further have to participate in Group Discussion and they have to present their thoughts in front of the interviewers and show their oratory skills.
• Interview: Candidates who get shortlisted during the Group Discussion will move further in the placement process and they have to qualify the interviews namely Technical Interview, HR Interview, etc that taken in order to judge the overall personality of the potential candidate and ensure that the person is suitable for the job role.
• Final Selection and Making the Job Offer: Candidates who are successful in qualifying all the stages of the placement process conducted by the recruiters, are finally offered jobs.
