Jayvantrai Harrai Desai Polytechnic, Surat Admission Process

The Jayvantrai Harrai Desai Polytechnic, Surat, is a well-known polytechnic institution that offers diploma courses in various engineering branches. Diploma in Electrical Engineering: There are 60 seats for this degree, and admission is standard as regards all programs. While 50% of these are allocated to ACPDC according to merit, the other half will be covered by institute management. The duration of the course is 3 years, and the total fees to be paid for it is Rs. 84,000.

Diploma in Computer Engineering: Similar to Electrical Engineering, there are a total of 60 seats in Computer Engineering. Both follows the same admission procedure, where half fill the capacity through ACPDC while the other half fill the remaining seats by the institute management. The course is of 3 years duration and the total fee is Rs 84,000.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: Similar to the other two diploma programs, this diploma program also has 60 seats. The course duration is three years, and the total fee remains at Rs. 84,000.

Diploma in Civil Engineering: The program in Civil Engineering has a smaller intake of 30 seats. The admission procedure is still the same as before, with the seats split between ACPDC and institute management. The course duration is three years, and the total fee is Rs. 84,000.

Documents usually required for the process of application include:
