The placement process of JNTUHCEJ includes registration for participating in the drive, shortlisting the candidates who meet the pre-hiring demands stated by the companies, pre-placement talk which is a two-way communication where students get an insight about the company and can interact with the employers, written tests in order to judge the verbal ability, logical, aptitude, reasoning, and technical knowledge. Further candidates who qualify the written test move to the next round that is the Group Discussion where they share their views and opinions collectively and voice their thoughts. Personal Interview is the final round and candidates qualifying the interview are offered jobs and hence fulfilling their dream of getting a job in the company they aspired for.
