Admission in B.Sc Nursing is based on the candidate's performance in 10+2 with Science streams, particularly Biology. Selected candidates may have to appear for an entrance test or interview at the time of selection.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: Intake of 20 students per year authorized for two years' course. This course is designed for registered nurses having undergone their GNM course. Candidates are typically taken on merit basis considering previous academic record and nursing work experience.

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM): The three-year duration diploma course with approved annual intake of 50 students is offered on admission basis. Admission to the GNM course is generally granted on the basis of candidate's 10+2 marks, with greater preference to the students having passed Science streams of studies.

Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM): The two-year diploma course in ANM has an approved intake of 40 students per year. Admission to the ANM course is generally open to candidates who have passed 10+2, with a general preference being given to Science stream students.
