The college has Auditorium with a fully equipped multimedia system. It is frequently used for presentations, seminars, fests, events of the college. The College Auditorium has a fixed stage and can accommodate thousands of audiences comfortably.

The college has Thousands of Books that enjoy backup from the prestigious American Central Library and British Council Library, New Delhi through its membership. The primary repository of learning and knowledge at College is a large and rapidly expanding library. The Institute has a well-stocked library on Management and various fields of study. Procuring the latest information books is a continuous process at the Institute. The Library subscribes to a wide range of periodicals and journals. It has a stock of CD ROMs and video cassettes pertaining to different topics of Educational Programmes.

The college has Computer Laboratory is an academic department within the College, Meerut that encompasses Computer Science, along with many aspects of Management. It consists of several full-time academic staff, support staff, workers, and many students. The Internet is available only for campus interviews or on special occasions only. The usage of the computer lab is typically free for those with access. Printers, Scanners, and other Peripherals may augment the lab setup.

The college has a fitness center that includes high-performance exercise equipment, consisting of the latest in cardiovascular and strength training techniques. In all, there are many exercise stations plus various pieces of cardio equipment. The state-of-the-art fitness center is free to all Buffalo State undergraduate students who apply for a membership

The college has Indoor Sports:-Indoor games/activities like Table Tennis, Chess, Carom, and Gymnasium, etc. are provided by the institute. Outdoor sports: The college is having outdoor sports facilities for Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, etc. The spacious grounds of the College are maintained for this purpose.

The College provides 1 hostel for girls, within the campus for providing 24 hours assistance to the students. There are Single Seater Rooms, Double Seater Rooms as well as Triple Seater Rooms available for students. A 24-hour generator facility to beat power cuts, Hot water, and Coldwater supply is available according to seasonal needs. The hostel rooms are fully furnished with a bed, study table, chairs, and fans, etc. The entire campus is quite safe and secure. Entry to the campus is controlled by security staff at the security gate itself.

A Canteen facility is also available on the campus with a wide range of services. The canteen provides all normal daily requirements of the students on a payment basis. It remains open 24 hrs on working as well as non-working days. Nescafe, Burger, Momos, etc. are served in this canteen along with other items.  Besides the episodic events, Cafeteria is the place where students get a lot of relaxation and enjoy their free time.

The college has a transport facility is provided by the institute to the student and staff. The college runs the buses throughout the Meerut and Modinagar. For this facility, the nominal charge is paid by the students. MST facility is also available for the student and staff.

The college has First Aid and elementary medical facilities are available in the hostel through a qualified Doctor, In case of emergency, the student is taken to the medical practitioner/ hospital within a Campus and the local guardian is duly informed. The local guardian will take charge of the ward thereafter nominal charges for Medical expenses will have to be borne by the student. The entire responsibility of treatment will rest with the parent / local guardian/ student concerned.
