Kamakshi Institute of Nursing, Kangra is a nursing institute providing admissions to aspiring students. The institute is located at Vill. Basa Wazira, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. The course prepares the student for a career in nursing with a sound background in medical sciences and practical nursing skills.

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery): There are 40 seats for the GNM course as well. This is a three-year diploma course for students interested in a career in nursing. The candidate’s 10+2 results in science subjects would most likely be taken into account for admission, along with an entrance test or interview.

Post Basic B. Sc Nursing (25 seats): This is a two year programme for registered nurses who have passed their GNM course and wish to upgrade their qualification to B. Sc level. Entry requirements are usually the candidate’s GNM results and maybe an entrance examination or interview.
