Post Basic B.Sc Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).


Eligibility Criteria

  • 50% of Management seats will be filled up by the management either through an entrance test or merit basis.
  • Candidates should have obtained a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institution and RN and RM from the state Nurses Registration Council.
  • Students should be medically fit.
  • The age of the candidate should be between 17 to 35 years as of 31st December in the election year. Age, as recorded in the matriculation certificate, will be entertained.
