Degree Wise Admission Process:
B.Arch: KRVIA provides 5-year Undergraduate B.Arch with an annual intake of 80 students. Entrance to the B.Arch program is through the performance of a candidate in JEE Main or NATA. The candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects and must qualify in the entrance exam for admission.
M.Arch Urban Design: This is a 2-year postgraduate course offered by KRVIA, with an intake of 20 students. A bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized university is required for admission. Admission to this course may have further requirements or interviews.
KRVIA offers a 2-year M.Arch program in Urban Conservation with an intake of 20 students. The candidate for the Urban Design program must be a holder of a bachelor's degree in architecture, and the admission process may include additional requirements or selection procedures.

Since the cut-off changes every year so it depends on the college you apply to because all the colleges have different cut-off criteria. But according to your score and judging from previous year's cut-offs you might have a chance in getting a good private college but not sure about government colleges.
