Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute for Architecture and Environmental Studies, Mumbai usually opens admission for the new academic year in August-September. Depending upon the programme, the institute is open to admitting students through national-level entrance exams. For the B.Arch, admissions are offered based on a student's JEE Main or NATA performance.
Application Process for KRVIA Mumbai differs with the programme:
The college offers two full-time programmes for students in higher education.
The college provides 5-year Undergraduate B.Arch with an annual intake of 80 students. Entrance to the B.Arch programme is through the performance of a candidate in JEE Main or NATA. The candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects and must qualify in the entrance exam for admission.
The college offers an M.Arch programme with specialisation in Urban Design and Urban Conservation with an intake of 20 students each. A bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognised university is required for admission. KRVIA admission to this course may have further requirements or interviews.

So, its cutoff is also much higher.
With 155+ marks, one can get a seat in good government colleges.
With 130-150, one can get good private ones.
With 110-130, one can get medium private colleges.
So, you should be with around 160 to get this college.
Nata cutoff in this year for male is 70.67 & for female 75.

Since the cut-off changes every year so it depends on the college you apply to because all the colleges have different cut-off criteria. But according to your score and judging from previous year's cut-offs you might have a chance in getting a good private college but not sure about government colleges.
