KSRMCE Kadapa Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Kandula Srinivasa Reddy College of Engineering (KSRMCE), Cuddapah, is one of the foremost autonomous colleges with a diverse variety of engineering courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The college has a well-structured admission process as per the Andhra Pradesh Government and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) norms.

The admission process of KSRMCE is normally commenced in May-June for the August-September start academic year. The common entrance test for undergraduate admissions is the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Admissions for postgraduate studies are made based on the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) or GATE score.

For undergraduate courses, the lowest eligibility is passing 10+2 with compulsory subjects of Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Postgraduate applicants should have passed their bachelor's degree in the concerned subject from a recognized institution.

Application Process

Application process in KSRMCE differs with various courses:

For B.Tech courses:

1. Appear for the AP EAMCET exam.
2. Become registered for counseling for AP EAMCET if the student is eligible based on the cutoff.
3. Opt for KSRMCE and preferred streams at the counseling time.
4. On allocation of seat, visit KSRMCE to undergo document verification and fee payment.

For M.Tech courses:

1. Pass GATE or AP PGECET examination.
2. Become registered for web counseling done by the convener of AP PGECET.
3. Opt for KSRMCE and preferred area of M.Tech specialization while counseling.
4. If Allocated to Seat, report to KSRMCE for admission procedure.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech: KSRMCE provides a number of B.Tech programmes such as Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and Data Science. Admissions are generally provided on the AP EAMCET rank basis. There are 900 seats in total in all B.Tech courses.

M.Tech: The college offers courses of M.Tech in Renewable Energy, Geotechnical Engineering, Power Systems, Embedded System and VLSI, and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Candidates get admission based on GATE or AP PGECET rank, and then web counseling is conducted. 18 seats are available for every course of M.Tech.
