• Candidates seeking admission will have to apply through the official website of the university. 

• While filling out the application, candidates must attach all the necessary documents and pay the IIT Madras application fee. 

• Students must have secured valid marks in GATE.

• The cutoff and date of the interview will be released by the institute itself. 

• All M.Tech. Admission offers (through GATE) will be displayed on the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP). Candidates must register at the COAP portal to view and accept their offers. 

• After the interviews and after the students have made their final choice, admission letters will be handed out to the final selected candidates.

IIT Madras MBA Admission Process

• Candidates willing to take the IIT Madras MBA course must appear for the CAT/GMAT. 

• After securing a valid CAT score, students need to appear for CAP and the counselling process.

• Shortlisting of candidates is done for IIT Madras admissions based on the students taking the CAT scores and the counselling process into consideration.
