24 MonthsPassed the Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the university for this purpose. Those who have done 10+1 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate seeking admission must :
i) hold a diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)
ii) be a registered nurse
iii) have a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or community health nursing.
iv) have passed the pre-university examination in arts/science/commerce conducted by Department of Pre University Education, Karnataka State or its equivalent recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
v) No candidate who is above 48 years of age on 31st December of the year of admission shall be eligible.
vi) be medically fit
vii) have a good personal and professional records.
