Bangalore Medical College has a good infrastructure consisting of labs, library and good classrooms. Labs are highly equipped with modern instruments . Classrooms are air conditional with good seating facility. Hostel food is generally hygienic and tastes okay. We have basketball court and volleyball court.
I am first year MBBS undergraduate student and I got this college based on my good NEET score. The teacher who teaches here all are highly experienced doctors. Our curriculum is always updated as it follows government rules. The one who completes his/her MBBS from this college will be highly preferred by big hospitals.
As this is a Medical college there is no placements but we have one year of internship. Student after graduation can go for post graduation or start practicing. Salaries vary from 140000 to 35000 depending upon your job. No recruiting companies come to the campus.
I pay around 70000 per year .If you want hostel facility then extra 26000 you should pay. You can only get admission in this college if you have cleared your competitive exam with good score. Yes I feel my money is getting worth as I will be recognized as a savior of life.
Our campus is great as we have extra curriculum activities. Our teachers and seniors support us in every field. It is located at a good place and as it is a medical college it can handle emergencies. I would be very happy if we had more sports facilities.
All the necessary infrastructure exists , the hospitals and associated campuses are huge and have brilliant patient facilities and standard of care . The new college building is huge and contains the required labs for practicals . Overall it’s more than self sufficient a place for a government Set up institution
The level of competition , drive and motivation is outstanding . Students are here from the NEET examination and are majorly the top 100 in the state . The academics is tough , yet very interesting . We have professors who motivate us and make us push our limits further !
Since medical colleges do not have the concept of placements , but once you graduate from an institution like BMCRI , others hospitals and clinic in India as well as abroad recognise you well and provide you with great designations at their institutes

Hi there,
MBBS stands for Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery. It is a 4.5 year professional undergraduate course which makes the professional doctors. There is a one year internship cum practise program in which there are several postings are there in order to make the doctors perfect.
Taking about the fee structure for the course. It depends upon the insititue in which you are going to take admission. There is a huge difference in the fees structure of private institute and government institutions.
Private institute have their fees structure in lakhs or crores whereas government colleges have their fees in thousands to some lakhs.
I hope this answer will help you.
Thank you!!!!
