- Boys Hostel
The college offers a hostel facility for the boys coming from far places. The Boy's hostel is situated separately near the Polytechnic campus. The hostel is controlled by a warden, who is a full-time lecturer of the polytechnic. The warden is guided by the Principal. The clerical work of the hostel is being carried out by a clerical staff on a part-time basis. The admission is given to any regular student of the Polytechnic, with preference in giving those who come from long distances.
- Library
The college has provided a full-fledged library comprising more than 13,000 books related to general and technical education for our students. Students are provided 2 library cards to borrow books. Students belonging to SC, and ST categories get the benefit of borrowing additional books. In addition to technical and non-technical books, a good number of magazines and journals are also available. The provision for reading inside the library is provided for the students to sit comfortably and study.
- Sports
The college offers excellent opportunities for sports and games. There is a spacious ground used for athletics and games. The sports room is available for playing table tennis and Facilities are available for indoor games. Facilities are available for playing table tennis and badminton. Polytechnic participates in the state-level inter-polytechnic sports meet and has excelled consistently.
- I.T Infrastructure
The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
- Laboratories
The college has more than 20 Laboratories set up for all branches to fulfill the needs of practically oriented diploma technical education. All laboratories are equipped with the latest tools and materials to provide practical knowledge with the latest technology for students.
- Girls Hostel
The college has two Hostel for girls, to provide accommodation for the students coming from far-off places. The Hostel is managed by a warden who is a full-time lecturer of the Polytechnic.
- Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the students.
- Cafeteria
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
- Medical/Hospital
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

Yes you can join Karnataka Government Polytechnic after twelve, but first you must satisfy the eligibility criterias below
- Candidate should be a citizen of India.
- Candidates should have completed at least 5 years of study in the state of Karnataka, including the qualifying examination
- Candidates should have passed Karnataka SSLC or equivalent examination with at least 35% aggregate marks.
