M.Tech: M.Tech courses in Structural Engineering, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Science and Engineering, Machine Design, and Advanced Manufacturing Systems are offered by the college. Admissions are offered on the TS PGECET rank basis. 12 seats are available in all M.Tech courses except Machine Design (9 seats) and Advanced Manufacturing Systems (7 seats).
