The college has a well-maintained campus with adequate facilities. B.Pharm students are given well-equipped laboratories, spacious classrooms with modern teaching aids, and a library with pharmacy books and journals. Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are available, providing a safe and comfortable stay with electricity, water, and proper sanitation. Sports grounds and recreational spaces are also available on the campus, ensuring students have a good balance between studies and extracurricular activities.
The college faculty is experienced and supportive, having a strong pharmacy background. They employ hands-on learning methods, such as laboratory experiments, case studies, and industrial discussion, to make the learning process efficient. Guest lectures, industrial visits, and training sessions are also part of the course structure to familiarize students with the current advancements in the field of pharmacy. Seminars and workshops are also conducted to enable students to gain practical knowledge and prepare themselves for their profession.
The placements of B.Pharm course in our college was good. Pharmaceutical sales, research, and quality control jobs are common, but drug development jobs at senior levels are limited. The salary package is about 2 to 5 LPA, and about 70 % of the students get placed. Some of the prominent pharmaceutical companies visit the campus, but opportunities must also be searched off campus by students.
