The role of books and literature cannot be belittled, even in the least sense, to ascertain quality education. It is only through a careful study of selective books, one can gain knowledge & understand the concepts, which help to lay a strong foundation for an engineer. The library caters to this requirement by stocking books prescribed by the university syllabus and additional texts by internationally acclaimed authors, for references. The library has also subscribed to a variety of journals & magazines to keep both students and faculty update with the global trends in the field of science & technology. The membership of the library is open to staff and students of the college. Library of KPTC is located in the first floor of the west block. Library is associated with a vast reading area.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

Canteen facility with a variety of snacks and hygienic and nutritious vegetarian food is provided to students and staff during working hours or all working days at subsidized rates.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

For students to stay fit and healthy, the college is equipped with gym and fitness center facilities - treadmill, exercise bikes, and more of the latest fitness equipment. All gyms and fitness centers are open both in the morning and evening hours. A healthy body and a healthy mind are important.

A play ground designed to encourage students to participate in outdoor activities is available. This includes football, badminton court, shuttle court Jumping pit etc. Sports complex including a Fitness center houring equipment’s and indoor table tennis facilities is also provided.

The Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
