The best thing about our college is the surrounding, so calm and soothing. Spacious classrooms with proper ventilation and projectors, huge library basketball ground, labs with the latest equipments and so on.
I'm pursuing bsc Hons food tech and I think my college is best in order to enhance and provide the quality of education to the students. The syllabus along with the curriculum is updated and have shown immense progress among the students in previous years
I'm in first year, not sure whether it offers 100% placement or not but from our seniors we got to learn that ample of companies visit our campus every year. So for sure we will end up securing a good placement.
My course costs approx ₹3000 per year and keeping in mind all the facilities we are enjoying here ... I think it's value for money.
Our campus is best. From the normal events to the massive fests...we really enjoy a lot. It's safe ...no doubt .
Outstanding infrastructure, wifi facility throughout the campus, amazing ancient buildings , classrooms are well affiliated. The washrooms are well maintained and sanitation is the priority here, no bullying in campus is allowed and that is the best part.
I am currently studying b.sc home science hons in lady Irwin college and the teachers are really good, plus they don't only focus on theoretical knowledge but also practical knowledge. Personality development is also taken care of very well
The placement cell is really great here , the college offers and stands on 98% placements every year and it is really great. The college really does it's best to make sure that every student gets the best.
The fees is very affordable and it's worth it in every aspect.
The campus life is just amazing, there are 14 societies and all are really great, the annual fest is the best in delhi university and i am grateful to be a part of lady Irwin.
This college is the best according to me no complaints as such and Literally there is study life balance , no pressure on students at all
I think the college infrastructure is great. We are provided with equipments that we need in our labs and there are wifis and ac's in the library. The space is hygienic and is always cleaned before the classes start.
I am studying Bsc (Pass) Home Science. Because i want to go in the field of food and nutrition. The faculty at our university is great. They help students and always clear doubts. I think the curriculum is updated and it includes all the recent developments in the field.
I think Lady Irwin is a great college which comes with great placements. There are alot of aluminis that are doing marvelous job in their fields. The teachers that teach there, most of them studied from lady irwin college itself.
The cost of the course is reasonable and affordable according to me. And we are getting all the facilities. But in online classes no extra equipments are used and hence the amount should'nt be taken for that.
The campus of Lady Irwin is amazing with alot of greenery and beautiful buildings. The campus is huge. The location is awesome and there is everything that a student needs in a campus.
Our college has good infrastructure, with big classrooms, best facilities available and well-maintained hygiene. The greenery around the campus is a plus point. The college is best option if one needs not only theoritical knowledge but also practical knowledge.
I am studying Bsc. Home Science from Lady Irwin College. It is one of the best colleges in India for pursuing Home Science aa a career. It not only concentrates on theories but also on practical knowledge.
There is not a placement cell in Lady Irwin College. However, most of the students do get a good job teachers also provide right direction and full support to the students in order to get good job or career advices.
Yes lady Irwin College has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Some of the classrooms are big and some are small. The library is big with good atmosphere for studying. We have two lawns and one basketball court. Hostel facilities are also nice. Healthy menu, 6 beds in one room, good WiFi with one tv in common room. All of them are well maintained. Living spaces are clean, the rooms are cleaned each morning, bathrooms and toilets are also cleaned everyday.Food are hygienic
Im pursuing bsc food technology hons right now because I want to know more about food quality, processing etc. The professors here are really good at teaching, they are understanding, they might be strict sometimes but it's for our own good. Professor's are friendly and always gives important notes. My course is up to dated and we are being informed whatever happening related to our course. Since food industries are growing rapidly i think its makes you a jod ready person.
Good placements. Students with good percentage are placed. The highest salary package offered was 4lacks per annum and it goes for every course. Each course are good in their own field but I'll say food tech. Since i haven't graduated yet i cannot exactly tell you about my experience with placements process but as much as i heard from my seniors they are good and yes college is supportive in your every way.
26,000/- per year and during this pandemic our college charged us 20,000. I feel like im getting worth my money, education is also good, good environment, amazing campus, good facilities, friendly people, good faculty
This college is really good. There are so many places you can visit near the campus like India gate, red fort, cp, janpath and many more. It's located at the central of Delhi. The only thing i dont like is its near the main road. There are many clubs in the college that you can join besides studying like dance, music, art, fashion, street play, drama, debate, sports etc. They teachers and staff are supportive. Trust me it's really safe with strict guards.
Infrastructure of college is nice. It has amazing library and classrooms are well furnished. Toilets are well maitained. It has wifi and lot of open areas are available. College is clean ans infact car parking is also available for students
I am studying b.sc in home science. Teachers are very nice and helpful. They are very serious about their subjects. Lady irwin is one the best college for bsc in delhi. They have huge library which provide you with the books required
Usually placements are not available in lady irwin . But children gets easily placed in hospitals after completing m.sc and also colleges hire students as teacher. I want to be dietician and it is the best college for it . I feel dietician has more scope when you do free lancing rather tha job
College fee is around Rs 20000-Rs 30000.. it is absolutely worth it
It is great. It has varies societies in which you can take part in and college is situated in cp which has various hang out spots with friends
Our college infrastructure is amazing. It has plenty of space and full of greenery. Classroom are huge with plenty of furniture and projector. Wifi is available. We also have a huge library with thousands of books.
Lady Irwin College is best college to pursue home science in all over India. Teachers are very helpful and always understands the situation. Co-curricular activities are also provided. There are 14 socities in my college.
Placement is also good, after completing your post graduation you can go for placements. There is no placement cell offer for under graduate students. Salary offerd is quite good. There are various fields in which we can go.
The money is totally worth it. Per year we pay 20k-25k.
Campus is full of plants and greenery. The location is also amazing, it is near to CP and is located in central Delhi.
Yes the college has all the necessary infrastructure facilities and equipment . Good hostel for outsiders too. I really don't know about hostels as I am from Delhi so I have not visited hostel side. But can say it might be nice.
Teachers are well qualified and great they talk in good manner and are really experienced . Everything is demonstrated practically as well . The college is really cool if you want to study and do something in life.
As I am on first year of BSC hons Home Science and will be graduated in 2023 so I really do not know of placements but can say it might have good placement as it is the best college for this course in Delhi and might be in Asia too.
The college is really affordable and good it may cost you abot 29000 per year which i thing is quite affordable with examination fee included. It has everything well equipped and established and does not demand anything .
Beautiful Beautiful college campus must visit once in lifetime . The college is so big that I often get lost from the new path. You may find peacocks in the college too. It has greenery and beautiful surroundings all around.
Great
College infrastructure is perfect in my college . Like labs , WiFi , classrooms . Even the computer resource centre and the library is the best. We have different departments of every subject Kirk fashion study , resource management
The teachers here are highly qualified and experienced with commendable teaching techniques . They are supporting , amiable and always willing to help . The course is extensively detailed and covers most of the portion.
Well I am not aware of the placement details yet because of pandemic everything is shut closed so I think maybe after sometimes I will get to know will speaking of past there were many great companies
My college is value for money . Fees structure is very feasible . College fees is not too much you can pay it easily without taking any loans . You can Also pay fees via online mode as well as you can pay through cash .
Campus life is soo chill and awesome . It is newly built building with AC , WiFi and CCTV facilities . The furniture of the college is well furnished . Other facilities include hygienic and affordable cafeteria .
I chose this College because of its safe and high security Deployed location . The connectivity is excellent and also have metro station , bus stand near . I opted for this course in this College as the fees is quite nominal .
College infrastructure is good. But as our building is old one , it needs to be improvised upon . Our library falls short of my courses books which I find it to be disappointing. Cafeteria sitting space is less .
Teachers are very cooperative . We have best teachers here in our college. The Curriculum gets updated when University updates it but for new batches . Teaching quality in the college is quite good. Teachers guide us constantly for our future.
I don't think placement comes here. The course I have opt for is new in the college which could be possibility of no campus placements. We have to look for our internships by our own. College do not provide them.
Fees is quite affordable .
We have an awesome college life with best fest and evenings organised in whole University. College societies are engaging and helps us to learn more .
Overall college is good .
