Swami Shraddhanand College, Delhi offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses to the students. The admission process for the undergraduate courses is based on the marks secured in class 12th or equivalent qualifying examination. Postgraduate admission is offered via two channels - merit basis and entrance examination. Merit-based admission is given only to candidates who have completed their graduation from Delhi University. It is to be noted that all the departments of Delhi University, except those offering inter-disciplinary or professional courses, offer admission to PG courses via two channels - merit basis for 50% seats and entrance exam DUET for the remaining 50% seats. Only candidates who have completed their UG programs from the University of Delhi are offered merit-based admission (on the basis of qualifying exam or graduation).

All Delhi University colleges share a common staff. The faculty are highly qualified and possess extensive subject matter expertise. Although regular classes are not mandated, student lecture attendance is consistent.
I am studying B.Sc (H) Zoology. We have a very good teaching staff and lab staff of zoology. The quality of teaching is very good. Although, some professors are average while some are excellent. Overall my department is good.

The admission to BSc Hons. Chemistry course in DU ( Delhi University ) is totally based on your class 12th marks. An aggregate of 60% or more marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% or more marks in English is required for admission. And also, while filling the application form for BSc , you have to fill the aggregate percentage there. Your ranking will be based on your class 12th marks.
