College infrastructure and equipments are very basic. Classrooms are not modern but have protectors. Library is there and has enough and more books for reference. There is no college campus as such and no playground also.
I am in love with the way teachers teach here. Highly experienced faculty. They use Modern teaching methods. Syllabus is followed as per guidelines of KUHS. The theoretical knowledge gained here makes us job ready.
No placements are provided via college. Even seniors found their jobs by themselves. The period of internship helps us find potential patients and hospitals to work for in future. References are provided by teaching faculty as well.
Being a Christian institution and being affiliated to charitable Hospital, fee is very basic. It is always good to learn medical courses at colleges with hospital in adjunction to it and LIMSAR is one such place.
Campus life is okay, I expected more. We have uniform to wear on all weekdays except Saturdays. Uniform kills half of the vibe. Added to it we have to submit our phone to teachers at the start of the day and only get our phones back by the end of the day.
They provide Enough infrastructure, facilities and equipment for a student to study . We don't use mob in college time but if we want to get any information we can by using college system with their wifi. Good hygiene as there are staff to do clean daily.
Academic always great with experienced faculties . They always provide a Cristal clear idea of what they are teaching . They make sure there's no doubt about the topic they teach you and ofcourse we have to mention the class tests and sessional they take for our own good but it's also a joy killer ? and I have to mention this too they provide too good theory class but by my senior opinion practicals not good as theory.
I don't have any exact idea about it but my seniors didn't have any placement as the college fully provide medical courses and in the medical field we prefer skill and experience so yeah . So even after completing the course we can't assure about a job as a fresher.
Yeah it's worth it for me as iam scholar student and also they provide good education for the money I invest so yeah. But as a hosteller I have a lot of expenditure plus ofcourse we have to spen other fund as a student is so tough maintain our financial background.
If you are expecting a great campus life then it's not your place but if we want entertainment we can make it with its limit as the college is a part of hospital we have to be in limits so yeah okayish campus life here.
I came for my admission and couldn't find college building anywhere. Why? Because there was none. Actually classrooms are placed on the 7th floor of eye block of LF hospital itself. So we lack a feeling of being in college campus. The patients are not in proximity and can't access our floor okay!
I like the teachers here. They teach so so so well. Their notes are sufficient to refer for University exams. And they explain things in detail so that we understand basic concepts well and there's no confusion in our minds.
No placement teams come here to recruit. There is no history of placement being provided here. All our seniors looked for jobs themselves and secured them on their own. That is what we will have to do in future.
Truly value for money. Fee here is basic as compared to other colleges. And teaching is better than other colleges. The rigourous assessments helps us study and make our theoretical knowledge sound enough.
Average campus life because this is a medical College. Only selected events happen that too with not much student engagement and participation. Most of the times we are just the audience of the programmes.
I like the college and it’s facilities, they are very good. What I feel sad is that there’s no separate college building, college campus and playground. That’s sad for me as I fantasised these things post school.
I am doing Optometry here. LF is one of the oldest and most renowned eye care hospitals in India and so to study optometry here has been a great opportunity. The exposure you get here is incredible and you won’t get it anywhere else.
Optometrists from LIMSAR are in high demand owing to the reputation of the hospital our college is associated with. Lenskart, Titan frequently come to recruit our students and provide good salaries as well.
Money paid as fee is worth it. Teaching quality, facilities, practical experience all make us feel that we are at the right place and nothing is going waste. Don’t doubt on the fee as well, it’s basic aa compared to other colleges.
Campus life is good. There are activities and events that make the college feel lively. But frequency of events are low. College is situated at one of the best locations. It is easily accessible by airport, railway station and road transport.
Adequate college infrastructure. Spacious classrooms with projector facilities. Laboratories are there. No wifi and sports centre. No playground as well. Classrooms are clean. Library is used and has huge variety of books.
Very good teaching faculty with years of experience in teaching. Precise subject notes provided by teachers. Syllabus as per KUHS. Annua examination with internals and model exams in between. Practicals also held periodically.
No campus placement here. Find out jobs on your own after graduation. We are preferred because of good theoretical knowledge. Seniors are working at good hospitals and have high paid jobs. College is very supportive.
Indeed worth the money. Good teaching and infrastructure here. Good exposure obtained from hospital patients and from internship postings. Good hospital exposure obtained from hospital postings as well.
Campus Life is good. Teachers are little strict. Uniform on all weekdays. Casuals allowed on Saturdays. Events are altogether a different vibe and we enjoy during such events a lot. Location of the college is prime.
My college has all the necessary facilities. There are projectives in classrooms and laboratories in our old building. Classrooms are very clean. But there is no college campus as such and this is required.
We have very strong faculty at our college. Teachers have teaching experience of many years and this reflects in the lectures taken by our professors. Quality of teaching is very high. Syllabus is according to k u h s.
There is no campus placement drive. However our theoretical knowledge is so good that we do get hired even if we dependently look for our jobs. Placement drive is a thing that I wish in future should be conducted by our college.
I am getting enough Returns of the I see in the form of quality teaching an infrastructure. I am happy that I invested my money at the right place and at the right time. There are many other colleges I know that charge high fee but don't provide quality teaching like ours.
Campus life is boring. Not much activities happen there as studies are given more importance. Classmates are good, cheerful and welcoming. Same is with staff there. Location of the college is very safe and good.
Yes, we have good atmosphere for study. We have all equipment based on our courses. Smart boards and all equipment are there. And really hygienic place and we have a library it's really helpful for us to refer other books.
I am studying bachelor of physiotherapy. In my opinion our faculties are really well knowledged persons. They provide good education to us. If our curriculum is not add any new topics but our faculties share the information about new things and they assure that we get to know that.
There is no placement for bachelors of physiotherapy in our college. So we have to find our own job. There is no placement. That is really really difficult thing for us... So we don't know about the salary.
It's 80150 per year. Yes, it's really worth to the money why because there so many things to study in our course and also the equipment and machines for our study is really expensive and our cash is really worth it.
Our college is in a hospital building so there is so many exceptions in there. Like any other colleges we can't have a campus we usually in the hospital. The syllabus are really wast so many we are engaged in studying.
The College infrastructure seems to face some challenges. There is no College building as such. The classrooms are located on the seventh floor of one of the hospital buildings. This floor however, is not accessible by the patients.
Unlike other PG colleges, here, teachers teach every topic in the syllabus and most of them provide notes. We are under KUHS. Being an administrative course and with Hospital exposure we are ready for jobs by the end of the course.
There is no campus placement drive here. Even for compulsory internship projects in both years we have to find hospitals for ourselves. Faculty is supportive but there is no placement provided by the college.
The total cost of the course is ₹2,10,000. We have to pay this amount in four instalments. This is one of the cheapest colleges for MHA also. so from my side complaint that I’m not getting enough returns for the money I invested here.
See this is a medical College). Our course is also a paramedical course. Other courses offered here are optometry and physiotherapy. Different matches have different exams at different times. So very few events and activities happen here. But when they do happen, it is altogether a different environment.
Infrastructure is average. Equipments are not latest and require updation. Projector facilities are there though. There is a small library with few books. There is no sports centre as such. Spaces are maintained with cleanliness.
Teachers are very dedicated, they complete syllabus on time. Timely assessments are also done. Syllabus is in accordance with KUHS. We are job ready by the end of the course. Along with masters we go for home visits as well.
There are no campus placements. However with dealing patients we get enough and more referrals. Otherwise we have to find jobs all by ourselves. Would have been better had campus recruitments happened here.
Yes this college is indeed value-for-money. My investment was returned in the form of good quality teaching and exposure. I would recommend this college if you need complete theoretical knowledge in subjects.
Being a medical college campus life is average. Few activities and events happen all throughout the year. Much of the focus is on studies and not co curricular activities. That doesn’t mean students here are not smart, they are way smarter than their peers.
The infrastructure is average. There are laboratories but equipments are not latest and are scarce. As result practical experience gained is low. But spaces are cleaned. Classrooms have projectors for presentations.
High quality teaching is provided here. Teachers are dedicated. They complete syllabus on time. Curriculum is as per guidelines by KUHS. It is updated and by the end of graduation we are capable of acquiring jobs or can even start our own clinic.
Placements are poor, almost nil. But the exposure to patients we get here helps us get referrals for in house visits. There is no major placement drive. Practical exposure is low as our hospital is known for eye care.
I did receive benefits of the money I invested here as fee. High quality teaching provided here made me capable of giving quality care to patients. No one should doubt in our knowledge if we graduated from LIMSAR as physio therapists.
Being a medical college and a christian institution more importance is given to studies. Activities and events are few in number. Location of the college is prime and safe. Being in adjunction with a hospital all sorts of emergencies can be dealt here.
