Hello,

According to your percentile, your rank would fall somewhere between 189562-213095. Looks like the cutoff for 2021 admission has not been released yet  But here's the 2019 list of the opening and closing rank of B.Tech courses for OBC category. You can consider this for prediction.

B.Tech in Automobile Engineering-

Opening Rank Home State- 33943

Closing Rank Home State- 50237

Opening Rank Other State- 20053

Closing rank Other Stae- 58177

It looks little difficult for you to take admission in MITS on the basis of 2019 Opening md Closing Rank. Do visit this link for more information

Hello Dear,

As the percentile mentioned by you your General AIR rank must be between 165679 - 120612. As you have not mentioned your category in which you belong. You can get ITM University Gwalior on this rank. You can check the cutoff of ITM University below:

https://www.careers360.com/university/itm-university-gwalior/admission

But here is a less chance that you can get JUET and MITs Gwalior on your rank because the cutoff rank for MITs Gwalior for Computer Science engineering branch was 58177 for MITS Gwalior and around 90 percentile in JUET Guna  last year. For more information you can check the list below:

but as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors. You have not mentioned your home state so the chances are very less. You can check the rank vs percentile vs marks below:

Don't report at the allotted institute they will cancel your seat and then you have to register for the college level counselling from the official website and decide your colleges and dates in which you want to take admission and you can know the vacant seats for the below website as well in counselling section

Hello student,

It's totally depends on your personal choice, every hostel has it's own advantage and disadvantage. If you want to stay in hostel, then you don't need to worry about god's, however you will not have that much freedom like a mess or rented apartment. Whereas, in case of a rented apartment, you will have freedom, you can come and go , but you have to arrange your own food. If you are talking about dispute among hostellers, then it is one of the common thing which happens at every hostel, its ust differs in term of duration, so if it's quite frequent and hampers study, then you should not stay there. These are my personal opinion.

Hope it helps

JEC is better that MITS because there are a number of reason's I am listing below:

1) JEC has better infrastructure than MITS.

2) Jabalpur is nicer to live than that of Gwalior.

3) JEC have a great number of alumni excelling in the different fields.

4) Government have said it to be one of the ' BEST GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE '.

5) Have a large campus.

This are the reasons which is comparably beneficial than MITS Gwalior

Its depends. But overall JEC is better. They have better placements for most branches. And mits being a private college charges very heavy fees. The average placement for both the colleges is around 3-4 lpa. Mostly companies like tcs, infosys visit the campus. Jec has better infrastructure then mits.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure in our department is good, with well-functioning computers in the labs and well-maintained seminar halls, each equipped with four air conditioners. The hostels are decent, but for boys, only first-year students have access to hostel facilities, as the hostel is exclusively for first-year boys.
