MITS Gwalior Placements
There is a training and placement cell on campus that manages and handles the placements related activities of the MITS college. The students at the Madhav Institute of Technology and Science Gwalior are provided with many skill development and training programmes prior to the MITS placements drives 2023. The training and placement cell of the MITS Gwalior college provides its students with full placement support and guidance.
The skill development and training programmes provided by the MITS Gwalior placement cell include Soft & Professional Skills Training, Industrial Projects, Internships & Training, Guest Lectures, Motivation & Guiding Sessions and more on the MITS Gwalior campus. As per NIRF 2024, out of 36 undergraduate students, 29 students were placed in the UG 5-year graduate in the topmost companies.

But, the college faculty is supportive they help us to pursue new skills be job ready and become succesful in life.

The placement opportunities at MITS are quite good. Many reputed companies visit the campus every year for recruitment. the average placement rate is around 70-75%. The highest salary package offered to one of my seniors was around 10 lakhs per annum, while the average salary package generally ranges between 3-4 lakhs per annum. The placement process is well structured.
