Hello Ankush,

Congratulations for your result. 85.5 percentile is a descent score for an EWS candidate. With a home state delhi category, you can easily get an admission in USICT and MAIT. But getting it in CSE is tough.

If we follow the previous year trends then 85.5 percentile is not enough to get an admission in CSE branch. But yes you can surely try for IT branch. You can also try in JAC counciling to get a better government college.

You can also predict your college in advance by clicking on the link given below. Do mention all the details in the link so as to get the exact number of colleges for which you're eligible.

Hello aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned your category, i am considering you as a GENERAL Category student. Looking at the previous year JEE mains cutoff for MAIT Delhi, you have decent chances of admission in MAIT Delhi but you will not get some top branches under this marks. According to the Rank predictor tool, with 80 marks in JEE mains, your percentile score in under the range of around 88-91 percentile score and your overall rank is around 112530 - 126500.

With the above secured rank, it is very difficult to get top branches like CSE or IT or ECE. The closing cutoff in MAIT delhi for CSE, IT and ECE was around 45K, 65K, 100K respectively.

further, please note the above mentioned cutoff is based totally on the previous year Cutoff trends and the actual marks may vary because the JEE mains Cutoff depends on various factors like : difficulty level of the paper, previous year Cutoff trends, number of aspirants appearing, etc.

MAIT provides students with pretty good infrastructure. We have indoor gym and recreation room. Our college has also invested in smart classrooms and specialised laboratories. We have atm inside the campus and canteen with decent food quality. We also have medical facilities inside the campus.

The college is good if you do not want to enjoy college life

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is not so good as compared to other colleges as there is only 1 ground and that too in which the grass is not grown properly and the buildings are very old styled and benches are broken

My college life was valuable and it added value to my life
