The campus infrastructure at MAIT is quite impressive and well-maintained. The college boasts modern, air-conditioned classrooms and specialized labs that are generally well-equipped for all technical branches. We have reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi access across the academic blocks. The central library is expansive, offering a peaceful study environment and a large collection of resources. Furthermore, the campus includes excellent sports facilities, including courts and grounds, promoting holistic student development

Both USAR and MAIT Delhi are commendable & reputed institutes.

Although new, USAR is a government institute.
Although private, MAIT is 20+ years old institute.
