The college is well built and has a beautiful campus. The departments are well equipped. It has traditional red stone designed buildings making giving it an aesthetic look. You will enjoy the campus to your best.
The academic curricular of the college is well designed. It is very rigorous in academics and focused on practical learning. All the departments are well equipped and the professors are good at their job.
The placements are very good. Most of the students gets placed at good places. Good companies arrive at the college and the college is considerate and concerned about placements of the students. The RoI is good.
Value for money is high. Given the fees, the college experience and placements are really good. The college experience is worth it.
The campus life is average. Its not a big campus so you cannot hangout there much and the sports facilities are limited.
The size of the college campus allows for the hosting of numerous events, such as college fest and navrang diwali programs. Although some of the buildings may lack air conditioning and have outdated equipment, overall the facilities are pretty pleasant.
All of the faculty members are doing well. The teachers are really kind and help you with your issues. Labs are really decent. You may even visit the library to check out books or a book bank. If pupils have any questions, teachers can also set up extra lessons.
Placements are upto the mark . College have a placement cell for each course in this. Teachers helps you in every possible way they can for placements.. some sessions are also hosted here by the society to help students.
One can learn many things from here and the teachers are excellent they teach everything in a well mannered.
Campus Life is all about once experience and how it is good . So my campus Life is quite good and I loved it.
I study in law department of MSI and the infrastructure including library, books, computers, wifi acess, lockers, common rooms separate for girls and boys, classrooms, legal aid clinic, moot court room, washrooms, overall is good.
Faculties at Law Department behave formally and are supportive. They are knowledgeable and teach well. Yes, the curriculum is updated and does include recent developments. To be job ready one needs to develop certain skills and if a student is willing, he/she is.
I have no idea about placements as I am one among the first batch of Law at MSI that too in 3rd year and my course is 5 year long. However, I have heard that placements of MSI-T i.e the engineering college is good.
All IPU Colleges have similar fee structure for B.A/ B.BA LL.B courses. So yes, it can be said that it is value for money. I am pursuing BALLB and my annual fee is 1,14,500/- or 1,14,850/- i guess.
Yes the campus is overall safe. Best features are organisation of various events and regular seminars organised by our faculties. Other than that there is an annual technical event which can be participated by all, its not just for tech students. Then some fun events, ethnic days and dandiya events that take place every year in our college. Worst features can include other buildings of MSI that are not renovated, the desks are old, there's no air conditioning but MBA and LAW buildings have been recently constructed so I have no problem. ????
My experience at MSI has been decent so far. The college has good campus life. The professors are of mixed opinion some are really good and have excellent knowledge about the subject while others are less motivating. The social life is vibrant and there are usually events going on. The library is big enough and has resources that usually a law student needs. Overall, I would recommend MSI about pursuing career in law.
academically the college is good but not perfect. the teachers are of mixed opinion some are really good at the subject while others are less motivating. the curriculum is vast but they should more focused upon practical aspect.
the placement cell is okay but could get better. they provide workshops amongst them some are actually decent. moreover, i think they could do alot more to support the students and not just the top performers.
MSI offers good value for the money. The professors are decent. the placement cell is okay but the opportunities available there doesnt really excites me. overall, im satisfied with value for money but it could get even more better.
I really enjoyed the social life at MSI. the campus has a good vibrant vibe and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved. The campus itself is beautiful and has a lot of greenery around and much more.
I have a good college infrastructure. Law building is a new building, which has been established Recently. Classrooms are relatively new and we have centralised AC in our classes. Also, the library facility is very good with a wide variety of books related to law.
Academically, our college follows the curriculum of ip University quality of study is good and teachers are Friendly. The curriculum includes all the recent developments like BNSS and new laws. also various societies related to law have been established like legal aid clinic, and moot court society.
Placement rate is not very good in a college where average placement of a BBa student being 4,00,000, however, we are first batch of law, so we are not aware how much will we get from our placement, but we are hoping for the best because of the name with suajmal College have made.
Fees of our college is more than one lakh rupees, which is not less, but still, I would consider my college to be average when talking about value for money because at least we have new classrooms and well build AC system.
Surajmal offers excellent campus life because the campus is quite good and big. Also, there are various cafes outside the campus where we can go every day and chill with our friends and have Coffee also, college have canteen.
Very very poor infrastructure. It looks very old and I don't think they even renovate it time to time . Very unhygienic canteen and the classes are very old . Also only some rooms are air conditioned and also that some rooms in which acs are there they are either broken or in bad condition.
Syllabus is very old they don't work on it at all also some teachers are great and some are not . We are taught what is computer in our IT syllabus and some teachers just com e and sit on their phones for whole 1 hr.
I don't know about the placements much as I am still in 1st year. Though I have heard from my seniors that the placement are not very good and the job is given to you on the basis of your skill and not degree.
I think I am too early to answer these questions because it isy first year but still I have given 3 stars on the basis of my experience till now in my college . The rules are not very strict and the college is good other than academics.
I have a good campus life than any other student as the campus has a friendly environment and not many restrictions on how you can move. Also the surroundings of the campus are good there are places for students to hang out and transportation is good.
The infrastructure is huge with 8 acres of land, but it is old construction, the ground is huge. Ac's are only installed in the bba sections of mai building, libraries etc. The library is big and has a lot of books.
Most of the faculty is experienced and well trained. Tho personally my maths teacher seems like an unfit to the entire class with her way of teaching, lack of proper speaking skills. Otherwise the education is good.
Surajmal is famous of outstanding placement, for almost everyone, and high placements too. A lot of good quality companies visit maharaja surajmal institute, and offer good offers. The placement of Surajmal is appreciated.
For one semester it's costs around 1.2-.4 lakhs The fees is higher than govt institutions, but less than other private institutions. Overall for the education the fees is worth it, given high placements.
The campus life is good. There are fests , but not as good as other colleges. The canteen is pathetic, but the societies and people are good. There are good societal relations and there is an event after every few weeks.
Excellent infrastructure with modern labs, well-equipped classrooms, extensive libraries, sports facilities, and clean hostels. The campus provides a conducive environment for learning and growth.
College academics offer a diverse curriculum, experienced faculty, and engaging research opportunities. Challenges foster critical thinking and personal growth, preparing students for successful careers.
Impressive placement record with top companies, high average packages, and diverse opportunities. Strong alumni network and dedicated career services ensure students are well-prepared for competitive job markets
College is a valuable investment, offering knowledge, skills, and networking opportunities that can significantly enhance career prospects and earning potential, making it well worth the cost
College campus life is vibrant, offering a blend of academic rigour, social activities, and personal growth. It's a unique experience filled with new friendships, opportunities, and a chance to explore independence
MSI/MSIT has very big campus. It's about 8 acres and 3 acres of land is just for college ground. It has many labs which all fully air conditioned and offers Wi-Fi to students. All classrooms have projectors and double boards black and white. Hostel facility is also provided in our college and college canteen offers various food items at very affordable prices.
Teachers are very generous in terms of advice and giving extra time for assignment submission to need students. This course is very promising and it allows non-Science students to enter in computer Science/it role jobs after college. Except for a little sincerity there is nothing much to be asked by this course. The semester exams are pretty easy, everything taught in class and books referred by teacher was enough to get excellent marks
Maharaja Surajmal Institute or MSI/MSIT has the best placement record in terms of BCA and BBA courses in whole North India. In year 2022-23 around 100 students got placed in on-campus placements which is nearly 50% student strength in my course BCA. Companies like Deloitte, Accenture, Wipro, Incedo, Coding Ninja hire students from our college. Last years the highest package was 14.5 LPA and the lowest was 1.75 LPA.
Yes, value for money ????
This college campus life for a students benefit from well-equipped labs, libraries, and various clubs for technical, cultural, and sports activities. Regular events like fests and guest lectures enhance learning and networking opportunities. The institute provides comfortable hostel facilities and robust industry connections, supporting internships and placements. Overall, MSIT fosters a supportive environment for academic and personal growth.
Very good College For BCA and BBA students
It could be better the campus is not that big. Also the quality of the classrooms and building has room for improvement. The infrastructure here is very much average. Overall infrastructure wise I won't advise anyone to go here.
The faculty here is amazing due to which this college has great academics. Most of the faculty here are top class and try to help the students in every way possible. Academically this is a very good college.
The placements here are okay not that good or bad. It has room for improvement and the placement cell is maharaja surajmal institute needs to push themselves further in order to get placements for students.
Overall this is also an average experience. The college doesn't live up to the expectations in extra curricular activities. This wouldn't be a value for money college for those who are looking for a college with everything.
The campus life here can improve. This college gives more school vibes than college vibes. This won't be a great college for people who are interested in a great campus life. Overall an average experience.
Hello Aspirant,
I would suggest you to contact the college official as they can help you better about it as there is no such kind of information available officially.
Good Luck!
