And if you talk about the branches, then it is true that CSE is better than ECE nowadays. And MIT is also a good college and fees of both the colleges is almost same.
Hello Manoj Kumar, if you compare between BIT mesra and MIT manipal, then after comparing all the important things, Birla institute of technology, mesra wins with a high margin as compared to Manipal institute of technology, manipal. As on the basis of academics, placements, internships, BIT mesra is all way better than MIT.
There are several factors to consider which college is better and they're:

KCET is a state-level exam, managed by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). It is an offline exam, held for admission to Engineering, AYUSH, Farm Science, B.Pharm courses.
For BE/B. Tech It is compulsory to score at least 45% marks (40% marks in SC/ST category) in physics and mathematics along with one of the subjects, i.e. Biotechnology/Biology/Electronics/Chemistry/Computer science. There is no entrance test for admission in Architecture. The admission is based on NATA Scores or JEE Main Paper 2 through KCET Counselling.
Hi Aryan,
Well i hope you like the subject CS and not the college from where you do it.Colleges actually doesn't matter in your success. All they do is bring you a handful number of jobs through placement which you have to earn through your skills and qualities.
Now coming to the debate NITs always have an upper hand in terms of placement because companies with good lpa prefer visiting the campuses of NITs and IITs.Placement in new NITs and MIT manipal are almost on par, whereas in new IIITs are slightly less in terms of number and salary i.e lpa.
Now the question comes who should you choose.Well in case of new NITs the total course fees is much less than new IIITs and MIT manipal. And the campus life is also better.Similarly in newer NITs and IIITs there may be problems regarding mess food, proper faculty, permanent campus, hostel stability and WiFi which is not the case in MIT manipal.Everything is pretty well organized and and everything you need to make campus life better is present but the couse fees is almost double that of NITs. Hope you get significant details from my answer and decide where should you join.Wishing you good luck
Thank you
Yours sincerely

Hello student,
Manipal University has its own entrance exam for admission to its courses. It is one of the best private colleges in India for pursuing B.Tech.
According to the cutoff released in 2018, the closing rank for CSE branch was 2483. Whatever happens this, it isn't going to drop so low till the rank scored by you, i.e., 22000.
Hence, you won't get a seat in Manipal in CSE branch. Yeah, if you want to go for civil engineering, you can get into it. But it isn't advised to prefer college over course. So, better go for other colleges
All the best!
The college infrastructure is impressive, offering a blend of modern facilities and well-maintained amenities. Spacious classrooms equipped with smart boards and high-speed internet create an environment conducive to learning. However, some areas could benefit from better upkeep, especially outdoor seating and parking spaces.
The campus is clean and green, with good Wi-Fi, sports areas, and comfortable hostels. It provides everything students need to study and live well.It could use a little work for getting Ac in workshops.
the campus is modern with great facilities, clean classrooms, and a very big and good library. labs are well-equipped and the environment is student- friendly. its a very large campus with a lot of places to visit.
