Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Lucknow Campus (MANUU Lucknow) is one of the constituent colleges of Maulana Azad National Urdu University. The institution runs various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in languages and humanities. MANUU Lucknow has an admission process that is designed to select qualified candidates for its diverse academic offerings. 2. Candidates need to register on the portal by providing basic information such as name, email address, and contact number.

3. The student applicant would have to get himself or herself registered first to enter and complete the more comprehensive form of the chosen program. Personal details, academic background, and other preference related information will also be sought on the application form.

4. All necessary documents required are scanned copies of:

• Passport-size photograph
• Signature
• 10th and 12th mark sheets
•  Bachelor's degree certificate and mark sheets for applicants for postgraduates and Ph.D. Master's degree certificate and mark sheets for candidates for PhD category certificate if any other relevant certificates or documents of the university specifications

5. Application fee would have to be paid at the time of submitting the application. The fees charged differ as per the program or stream of applicants selected.

6. Upon successful application submission, an applicant must take a print-out for reference in the future.

7. Shortlisted applicants have to attend entrance tests and/or interviews, the same to be decided according to requirements of the programme.

8. The final shortlist is usually made on the basis of academic performance, entrance exam scores, if any, and interview performance, if held.

Degree wise Admission Process

BA (Hons) with Research: There are 30 seats available under this undergraduate degree. It probably takes admissions strictly on the candidate's merit on 10+2 level along with possibly any entrance test/interview by the university.

MA Programs MANUU Lucknow conducts MA programs in Urdu, English, Arabic, and Persian with an intake of 30 students in each program. Admission to the programs is based on scores of the bachelor's degree of a candidate in the concerned subject. The university may conduct an entrance examination or interview for the selection of candidates too.

Ph D Programmes. The institute grants doctoral programs in Urdu, English, Arabic and Persian. It is very hard to get the PhD seats usually entrance test coupled with an interview along with proposal for the candidate's research proposal. However only one seat mentioned in case of Urdu and English and Arabic, Persian.
