MC Gupta College of Business Management has a Training and Placement Cell which provides training programmes to the students which helps them to improve their proficiency for being good at their jobs. The Cell helps in assisting MCGCBM Hyderabad placements by organising various activities such as career counselling, pre-placements talks and workshops, and mock interviews prior to the final placements of the students. 

MCGCBM, Hyderabad placement drives also conducts industrial visits to make the process of placements environmentally friendly for the students as they can interact with the companies and can build a good relationship with them.
