see KPC Medical College and Hospital is situated in Jadavpur, Kolkata, West Bengal and affiliated to The West Bengal University of Health Sciences. college is not very old like calcutta medical college or NRS medical college and still developing , however infrastructure, college faculty, education system is very good. also college location is excellent where you can find plenty of mess , books stall and transportation system in all over kolkata. if you are a resident of eastern india states like bihar, west bengal, bhubaneswar or north east region etc it would be best choice for you.

There are separate cut offs for 15% All India Quota seats and 85% State Quota seats.According to NEET 2019 the cut off for ST category in Medical College Kolkata is given below :
State Quota :
Closing rank - 183042 (352 marks)
All India Quota :
Closing rank - 42943 ( 511 marks)

Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET PG score and difficulty of the exam. We need to have an idea of 2020 NEET PG Counselling allotment results to speak about NEET PG 2021. This also vastly depends on your Category and the State that you hold the domicile of. If you hold West Bengal's domicile the rank might be much lesser than that of if you do not hold West Bengal's domicile. So it is too early to speak about NEET PG 2021.

As I am understanding from your query is you belong from OBC category and also that your state of Domicile is West Bengal only . So here I am sharing the cut off list of 85% state quota of this state of 2019 , so that you can get some idea about the marks.
Here check this link . You will also found the cut off for 2018, 2017 also . Plus whatsoever is the cut off , please don't forget it's of pervious year. But this year you have to obtain+50 Atleast to the score of last year.
