The infrastructure of Meerut College is good. The classrooms are well-spaced, and the campus is clean. The library is also good, with a good collection of books and research material, which are suitable for students. There are computer labs with good computers and Wi-Fi connections in some areas. The campus is green and peaceful, which is a suitable place for study.
Faculty members are very knowledgeable and helpful people. Professors are highly educated, having higher qualifications in statistics and related fields, and present concepts in understandable ways. The college is affiliated with CCS UNIVERSITY and Great teaching technique blended with proper execution of theoretical aspects and practical exercises of statistics makes the faculty fantastic.
Placements for B.Sc. Statistics are not bright. There are virtually no opportunities offered by the university itself, and students have to look for employment or further studies on their own mostly. No placement cell exists in the university for this course, and hardly any companies recruit for statistics.
The college has all the infrastructures but lacks modern equipment. The classrooms are large, and there is a library with a good collection of books, but smart boards, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi are absent.
The facilitators are very mature and experienced, particularly in the fields of taxation, accounting, finance, and business law. They are useful and guide students in the right direction, focusing more on theory than practice. Semester exams are quite challenging, and students need to study thoroughly to obtain good grades.
Placements are not up to the mark. Off-campus placements or direct search for government jobs, banking, or private sectors by the students themselves would be better. The maximum package is very low compared to other colleges, and the average amount of salary offered also is not impressive.
The college's infrastructure is mediocre. The rooms are large enough but do not have modern facilities such as smart boards or digital study materials. The library has a reasonable collection of commerce books, but computer labs and internet facilities are insufficient. The campus is functional but poorly maintained with some facilities due for renewal.
The biggest asset of Meerut College is the teaching faculty, with the professors being government-appointed and well-qualified. They have in-depth subject expertise but employ traditional teaching techniques that are more theoretical in nature. The M.Com course follows university guidelines, and while it provides a sound academic foundation, students need to go out seeking further practical exposure and certifications to make them employable.
placements for M.Com students in Meerut College are very scarce. Very few students get placements, and when they do, the placement is in smaller organizations or local firms. There are no industry interfaces in the college, so the students have to independently secure jobs after the completion of the course.
The college has a large campus, but Wi-Fi and digital learning resources are not properly available. The infrastructure is average, with basic classroom facilities and a library. However, the lack of modern teaching tools and technology makes learning less engaging.
There is little to no guidance for students who want to explore career opportunities in finance, accounting, or business management. The teaching methods are outdated, with a focus mostly on theoretical knowledge rather than practical applications.
The college does not actively invite companies, and there is a lack of proper placement assistance or internship opportunities. Students who wish to secure good jobs usually have to prepare independently or pursue further studies like MCom, MBA, or professional courses.
The campus of the college is good, with proper equipment in the classrooms, a big library with massive collections of books, and a warm place to study. The campus is green and peaceful, which is a very good place to study. Infrastructure is partially in poor condition.
Professors are experienced and qualified, and they give excellent study tips. Course curriculum is properly planned in such a way that a strong base in humanities and social sciences is established.Besides studies, the college also promotes extracurricular activities. I got many awards during my stay here in different extracurricular activities, developing my skills and confidence.
Meerut College,is a highly old and renowned college in the area, yet no placements for BA students are available. Students pursuing professional or technical courses may have some scope, but BA students have to search for job opportunities on their own after graduation.
The college has minimal facilities, like water cooler, different departments and sports ground, computer labs are outdated and classroom does not have smart boards but the college campus area is big which made the spacy environment.
The college is affiliated with ccs university meerut, all the professors are well qualified and have a strong experience and knowledge regarding toh their subject, semester exams are easy to pass but you need to study hard to achieve good marks.
Placements are not good from the college, almost every student have to do extra professional course from other institute to secure a job, i think students prefer this college for only academic studies and degree purposes.
The college has basic facilities which is required for the students, classrooms are very big and have the capacity of aprrox 120 seat in a class, while the classes don't have smart-boards and projectors in all classes, even canteen is not available in college.
All the faculty are highly qualified and well experienced and respect students with their openions, college provide 1 cabin for the one department of the faculty staff, i think.they should also focus on providing practical learning more.
Placements from the college are rare as it is a govt college most pf of the students just study here for the degree or basic studies, but bcom and mcom students somehow manage to get placement in small companies.
Meerut College has an older campus with development in progress. The library is adequately stocked, and the classrooms are large. Some of the buildings need better maintenance. Hostel infrastructure is good but can be developed. There are spaces for extracurricular activities, but the absence of a modern auditorium and conference hall is felt.
If the curriculum is set according to university standards, it hardly has any space to accommodate alterations following industry trends. There are some departments with strong faculty members who give good academic guidance, while others are devoid of activity. Practical exposure is minimal, but internships and self-study facilitate the gap.
Off-campus placements and higher studies are the major options for students. Finance and marketing streams have comparatively higher placement opportunities through company contacts and external job fairs. Mass recruitment occurs mainly for sales and banking positions.
The college is adequately equipped with facilities such as a large playground, basketball and volleyball courts, a garden, and a library that is well stocked with books. It has three computer labs, large classrooms, though not air-conditioned. The campus is also adequately equipped with sports equipment for the students.
The teaching staff is very experienced, knowledgeable, and cordial. They can make students understand the concepts correctly and guide them in studies. The courses are modern but should be rendered modern with advanced technologies. Semester exams can be challenging, yet through preparation, they can be tackled correctly.
The placements at the university are not up to the mark. Companies visit for recruitment very rarely, Even students with additional skills cannot find well-paying jobs via campus placements. and for my course like BA opportunity in private sector is almost closed.
The college campus is well planned with good classrooms and library environments. But laboratory environments and technology-based learning devices are not available in abundance. Students have access to basic amenities, but some of the facilities have to be upgraded to the standard of modern education.
The curriculum is well-designed with fundamental commerce subjects, but the teaching style is mostly conventional. Faculty is collaborative, but students have to learn independently for practical insights. Industry-specific issues aren't discussed in-depth.
Placements are limited, and most students pursue higher studies or off-campus placements. Some firms provide entry-level positions in finance and accounting but high-paying ones are not very common. Personal effort is required to secure internships in order to gain proper experience.
As low fees, the program provides a good alternative for students who have a small budget. However, to benefit fully from their program, students would have to take extra certificates or even do master's. The return on investment is not good.
The campus student life is highly active, and fests and cultural activities help to make it an enjoyable experience. Industry exposure and networking are not present within the college. Students need activities outside the college to establish relationships.
