MET's Institute of D Pharmacy, Nashik Admission Process

The institute of D pharmacy, Nashik is an establishment that specializes mainly in pharmaceuticals education programs. As for the mode of admission adopted by the Institute, it isn't very long-winded while trying to attract the most able candidates for enrollment on its pharmacy programmes.

Generally, the admission cycle is concurrent with the beginning of the academic year that starts somewhere between August and September. Institute of D Pharmacy, MET accepts applicants based on performance in national and state level entrance exams, mainly National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET).

Admission intake of 60 students for that particular approved academic year will be admitted for the D.Pharma course. 60 students of intakes would also apply for the course of B.Pharma. Mostly, the admission eligibility criteria in percentage marks within the level of 10 + 2 subjects should be passed based on the rules but for some programs it may vary at times even by entrance scores.

PCB group will undergo MHT CET on 8th April, 2025. It's a date so crucial for all aspirants aspiring to seek a seat in the Institute of D Pharmacy through the state level entrance exam MET's.

Application Process

"The MET Institute of D Pharmacy, Nashik, differs based on programs and the entrance exams. In this context, following is an approximate overview for students: "

1. Appear and clear relevant entrance exams. Like for example- MHT CET/ NEET 

2. One should get through the MET's Institute of D Pharmacy Official Website or Counseling Authorities in turn

3. Proper Filing up the respective application form to have complete and exact details from academic as well as personal end.

4. The required documents can be uploaded which include:

  •     10th and 12th mark sheets
  •     Score card of the entrance exam like MHT CET or NEET
  •     Passport size photograph
  •     Valid ID proof

5. Payment through the specified method of payment should be made

6. After filling, submitting the application form is to be printed for reference later

7. Wait for the merit list or counseling schedule to come.

8. If shortlisted, appear for counseling regarding seat allocation

9. On allotment of seats, verify the documents, and confirm their admission at MET's Institute of D Pharmacy.

10. Payment of all dues regarding admission with a confirmation about holding the seat.

For B. Pharma admission, the qualifying examination will be either MHT CET or NEET. Thereafter, the admission procedure will be centralized, which will be taken up by state bodies for all the students.

Therefore, each applicant should go through the eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and the relevant dates of every program very carefully. All documents must be sent clearly and in time so that no application gets delayed or rejected at the point of admitting process.

Degree wise Admission Process :

D. Pharma: D. Pharma is a two year diploma course pursued at MET's Institute of D Pharmacy. Admissions to the course would strictly be based on merit, subject to the eligibility of candidates assessed through entrance tests. The intake in this particular course approved at the institute's end is of 60 students. Applicants may ascertain whether or not they are fulfilling all the laid down eligibility requirements specified by the Institute as well as by the Pharmacy Council of India.

D Pharmacy Institute at MET offers a B.Pharma, which has an intake of 60 students. The four-year degree course is done through MHT CET and NEET. For the course, candidates are required to qualify for one of the entrance exams. Counseling would be done based on the entrance exam scores.
