MJK College, Bettiah Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

MJK College provides various facilities to its students. This includes a library, computer lab, hostel and functioning hall. The college also has the facility of sports. These facilities are established, keeping in mind the physical exercise and sports need of the students for involving them into successful personalities. 

Computer Center:  MJK College has the facilities of the computer centre for students and teacher.  The centre takes care of the internet connection and smooth functioning of computing. The academic buildings, library, administrative blocks are interconnected using Wi-Fi. 

Central Library: The library has the latest volumes, in almost all fields Engineering, Science, Technology, Management and general areas. It has the membership for E-Resources and has a subscription to National and International peer-reviewed e-Journals. It also has the facility of NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning). Online public access catalogue (OPAC) facility is available to facilitate the online search of the library books with title, author, keyword and subject.

 Inflibnet(NLIST): National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content (N-LIST), is being jointly executed by the e-ShodhSindhu Consortium.  INFLIBNET provides online access to e-resources to the colleges in India.

 Canteen:  The college canteen provides food and beverages at reasonable prices.

 Hostels:  MJK has the hostel facilities for boys and girls at its campus. The hostel provides single seated rooms. The hostel has the facilities of telephones, television, common room, indoor games and court. A mess with dining room is functioning in the hostel. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Sports Facilities: The sports activities are organised to help students to develop sports spirit, leadership skills, teamwork etc. The cell organises various indoor and outdoor games like chess, carom, table tennis, cricket, football, volleyball etc. Sports play a vital role in achieving the aims and objectives of Education. Focusing this the MJK encourage students to take part in the tournaments held in and around colleges. MJK College has its own stadium for tournament matches like cricket, football and also has space for badminton, table tennis, chess and carrom.

Medical Facilities: Health instruction programmes are organised at college through health care facilities.  A regular medical check-up is also organised at the campus. 

Language Lab: The lab is equipped with a two-way-cum-broadcast communication system and audio playback equipment. It also has a collection of audio teaching material for general English communication. 

Function Hall: MHK has the facility of function hall, where workshops, seminar, conferences are organised. It is also used for cultural and debate activities.

 NAD:  MJK College provides the facilities of National Academic Depository (NAD). National Academic Depository (NAD) is a 24X7 online storehouse of all academic awards like certificates, diplomas, degrees, mark-sheets etc. These certificates are duly digitised and lodged by academic institutions/boards/eligibility assessment bodies. NAD ensures easy access to academic awards and guarantees its authenticity and safe storage.
