MMU College of Pharmacy, Ramanagara Admission Process

5. Entrance Examination/Interview: Short listed candidates are liable to face entrance test in the prescribed course. This also depends upon the programme and the policy of the college, as may be appropriate .

6. Merit list and counseling: Merit list will be prepared based on academic performance, entrance exam score, if any, and interview result. Shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling and seat allotment.

7. Fee payment and admission confirmation: The shortlisted candidates are to pay the fee and submit original documents in time for the confirmation of admission.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Pharma: The MMU College of Pharmacy offers an intake of 60 students in the approved Bachelor of Pharmacy program. The course, which lasts four years, shall be eligible to the candidates on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination or 10+2, and entrance tests, if any, prescribed by the state or college authorities.

D.Pharma: The Diploma in Pharmacy program also has an approved intake of 60 students. This two-year course is designed for students who have completed their 10+2 education with science subjects. The admission process may include consideration of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and any additional criteria set by the college.

M.Pharma Pharmaceutics: The intake is approved for 12 students. The candidate should have a B.Pharma degree from a recognized university. The admission process may include consideration of the candidate's undergraduate academic performance, GPAT scores (if applicable), and possibly an interview round.

M.Pharma Quality Assurance: With intake approved at 9 students only, this specialization of M.Pharma is taken in quality assurance concerning pharmaceutical industries. Admission requirements to this program remain the same with M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics, but its emphasis is background in pharmaceutical science and quality control by the candidate.
