B.Sc.: MCASC provides several B.Sc programs, including B.Sc Computer Science (240 seats), B.Sc Biotechnology (75 seats), and B.Sc Blended in Chemistry (45 seats). Eligibility typically includes 12th standard with science subjects. The selection is based on merit in the qualifying examination.

BCA: The Bachelor of Computer Applications program has 175 seats. Admission is based on 12th standard marks, with preference given to students with mathematics or computer science background.

M.Sc: The college offers different M.Sc courses in Computer Science (60 seats), Organic Chemistry (48 seats), Biotechnology (48 seats), Microbiology (43 seats), and Zoology (24 seats).
