MESCOE Pune placement cell works throughout the year to place students in top organisations. The MESCOE Pune placement cell extends placement assistance to students. MESCOE Pune placement cell maintains strong relationships with industries to bring various organisations to the campus for placement drives. According to the MESCOE Pune placement report 2022, a total of 156 companies visited the college for placements. A total of 673 offers were made and 320 students were placed with an average salary of Rs. 4.50 LPA.

Placements are there in college but not as much compared to other collegeThe college does offer placement opportunities, but the number of placements is relatively lower compared to some other institutions. While students do get job opportunities through campus recruitment, the variety of companies visiting and the overall placement percentage may not be as high as in top-tier colleges. However, the institute is continuously working towards improving its placement scenario by building stronger industry connections and enhancing student employability. One of the reasons for fewer placements could be the level of industry tie-ups and partnerships. Some colleges have long-standing relationships with multinational corporations, which results in higher recruitment numbers. However, in this college, placements are still developing, and efforts are being made to bring in more recruiters from diverse fields. Despite the lower placement numbers, students who actively prepare themselves have a good chance of securing jobs. The college provides resources such as career counseling, resume-building workshops, and interview preparation sessions to help students improve their chances of getting hired. Faculty members also guide students on technical skills, soft skills, and aptitude, which play a crucial role in cracking placement interviews.
