Motilal Nehru Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Khandwa Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Motilal Nehru Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, best known is one of Madhya Pradesh's leading institutions for providing legal education. It has been recognized by the Bar Council of India,  thus, it is conducive for focused study towards character building in students aspiring to become legal professionals.  It is an admission process for intelligent and aspiring students to take the various legal courses offered by the college. The Motilal Nehru Vidhi Mahavidyalaya institution offers three types of full-time course programs in two different degrees; namely, LLB (Hons) and LLM on Criminal Law and Business Law. Thus, allowing these students to be recognized as deserving candidates who are given the privilege of seeking legal education in this college through a specific admission procedure.

Admissions Process

1. Obtain the application form: Interested candidates might get the application form through the portal of the college site or through a personal visit to the college in Civil Lines, Khandawa, Madhya Pradesh, Pincode-450001.

2. Filling it out: Candidates need to ensure that all personal and educational details are incorporated accurately within the application form.

3. Attach proofs: With the application form, a few papers of documents such as

• Mark sheets of qualifying examinations (10th, 12th, and graduation for LLM applicants)
• ID proof
• Passport size photographs
• Caste certificate (if needed)
• Any other documents specified by the college

4. Payment of application fee: Candidates have to deposit the application fee prescribed for the entrance test by the college through a mode (online/offline) specified.

5. Entrance exam/Interview: Depending on the course and policy of a college, some candidates may need to appear for an entrance exam or interview before selection.

6. Merit List: The merit list will be compiled according to the academic performance of candidates, their performance in the entrance exam (if applicable), and their interview (if handled).

7. Document Verification and Admission: Selected students will report for verification of documents and the completion of the admission process with the payment of course fees.

Admission Process Degree Wise

LLB (Hons): The college offers Bachelor Laws with Honours. In all likelihood, Admission to this course will be dependent not only on the qualifying examination of the candidate but also possibly on any entrance test as may be prescribed either by the State or University. LLB (Hons) course will incur total fees of Rs 93400.

LLM in Criminal Law: This postgraduate program is specific to criminal law. In order for candidates to be eligible to apply for the LLM Criminal Law program, they are likely to have obtained their LLB degree with a percentage not below that required by the college. This scheme requires a total fee amount of Rs 80,800.

LLM Business Law: This is the second postgraduate program taught at the institution and deals with business law. In the same vein as the Criminal Law program, candidates seeking admission into LLM Business Law will probably need to hold an LLB degree having met its academic requirement. The total fee amount for this program will also be Rs 80,800.
