If you wish to pursue your Bachelor's in any foreign University then you should give SAT exam. The marks of the exam are valid for 5 years. Some universities demand for a English Proficiency exam like TOEFL, IELTS. And their criterion are also different. Keep in mind that their selection criteria is different from the colleges in India, they don't just consider your entrance exam marks but your overall academics. If you've been involved in any project then your chances of acceptance increases by several folds.
