MRS Saraswati Wani College of D Pharmacy is a new college which was started in the year 2019 in Ahmadnagar city. Sited in Ganegaon, Rahuri Taluka of Ahmednagar district, Maharashtra, this affiliated college has come a long way in Pharmaceutical education. Affiliated to the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), the institute specialises in offering a course purely in the field of pharmacy. Covering a total area of only 2.5 acres, the college is now running in three conventional buildings with only 61 students and 4 teaching professionals. The institution is serious in providing quality education through pull out for D.Pharma which is the flagship of the institution.

MRS Saraswati Wani College of D Pharmacy has numerous facilities that have been developed to support the needs of the students during learning. The library as the stock full source of information comprises of about 4500 publications and 18000 volumes which include textbooks, reference materials and journals. There is reading rooms for boys and girls which are opened 24/7. The institution boasts of well equipped laboratories ensuring the students gain essential practical experience required for their pharma institution training. For those who need to be accommodated, the college hosts have facilities of boys and girls hostel with modern commodities like internet which is extremely useful 24/7, kitchen and plenty of recreational facilities. The college pays a great attention to the physical health of the population, and different sports facilities are provided at the territory of college. The college also provides transport facilities to students and staff, proper parking and a medical facility for health problems.

As for its academic programmes, MRS Saraswati Wani College of D Pharmacy targets only on the D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy). This full time course takes two years and the institute admits 60 students per year for the course, which is good sign that the institute wants to strike a good balance between the number of students for every teacher. The provided programme aims at offering the students a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical science and allow them to embrace challenges offered by the progressive health and pharmaceutical sectors.
