MVP Samajs College of Education was established in 1965 in Nashik. Situated in the heart of Nashik, Maharashtra, this co-educational college has been nurturing aspiring teachers for more than five decades. National Assessment and Accreditation Council accredited it, and so does it abide by the very high standards of the National Council for Teacher Education. Being a college affiliated with the university, it offers two specialised courses in education, with 357 students registered to study here, and with a teaching faculty of 23 experienced educators.

The MVP Samajs College of Education features various facilities intended for the learning experience of students. The central resource in academic terms is the library well stocked with a wide range of educational material that provides an ideal setting for study and research. MVP Samajs College of Education follows a merit-based admission policy. The selection for the B.Ed programme is based on marks scored in the qualifying examination and on performance in an entrance examination. The mode of selection may vary from one policy to another as advanced by the state government/UT administration, and the affiliated university. For M.Ed, admission to college would depend upon performance in qualifying examination, entrance test, or any other selection criteria prescribed by the appropriate authorities.
