    College Infrastructure

As of now, the college is equipped with most of the basic infrastructural buildings like the Administrative block, Academic block, Fire ground, Hostel with the mess, Laboratory building, Auditorium but many other facilities like a canteen and specialized sports complex etc are planned and are under construction.

    Academics

Academics here are mostly practical oriented. you are supposed to be physically fit along with being academically sound to perform the fire drills in practical examinations. college is affiliated with RTMNU but may become autonomous in future.

    Placements

placements are the USP of this college with one of the highest placements records in the country, anyone who manages to gets decent CGPA and possess basic skills gets placed . some of the placements are high up to 21 lakhs per annum, the average placement being around 10 lakh per annum.

    Value for Money

It's one of the most value for money courses in India with just around 50000 rs per year.

    Campus Life

campus life here is isolated and tuff as its an officers course alongside being an engineering graduate you are supposed to be the future fire leaders. There is hardly any interaction with any other college students inside the campus, it is a residential course, you are allowed to go out of the campus only in the evening from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Saturdays and Sundays are off day.

    Others

its the only government college in entire Asia with this course , it has a very rich Alumni base , who often visits college for interaction .

Have a question related to NFSC Nagpur ?

Hi which rank is considered for admission in nfsc Nagpur counselling CRL or category

    Hello,

For admission to the National Fire Service College (NFSC) in Nagpur , the counselling process primarily considers the Common Rank List (CRL) rank in JEE Main, not the category-specific ranks.

This means your eligibility and chances of admission are based on your overall CRL rank, irrespective of your reserved category status.

    Hope it helps !

    Hi

    hope you doing well

While having a score of 92.8763441 percentile in JEE Main and belonging to the General category, you have a reasonable chance of getting admission into NFSC Nagpur (National Fire Service College) for Fire Engineering. NFSC Nagpur accepts JEE Main scores, and admissions are based on the All India Rank (AIR).

The cutoffs for NFSC Nagpur may vary slightly each year based on competition and the number of applicants. Your percentile score places you in a fairly competitive range, so you should have a decent chance of getting into the program.

Since you scored 85% in your 12th boards and have cleared JEE Mains with a good percentile, you meet the basic eligibility requirements for admission to the Fire Engineering program.

It would be beneficial to check the previous years' cutoffs for NFSC to gauge your exact standing and ensure that you participate in the counseling process.

    Hi

    hope you doing well

You have a reasonable chance of securing a seat in the National Fire Service in Nagpur College (NFSC) with 89.2 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 1 and belonging to the OBC category for Fire Engineering. Here are some factors to consider

Being from the OBC category, you will benefit from reservation policies, which may improve your chances compared to general category candidates.

Ensure you participate in the counseling process as this will be your opportunity to secure a seat based on your JEE Main score.
