Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by The West Bengal State Council of Technical Education, Kolkata.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates, who pursue bachelor's degrees (Honours) or Masters Degree as one of the subjects as mentioned above in the table.
  • Candidates, who have been deputed after 10+2+3, can also apply for the course and the Application forms will be available at the university.
  • Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in graduation to be eligible to apply for admission and appear in the entrance examination.

Admission Details

Admission Shall be Made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university.
