General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year six months full-time diploma program offered by Karnataka State Nursing Council, Bengaluru.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates who have passed the class 12 examination in the Science stream with 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology are eligible for admission. 
  • A relaxation of 5% marks is offered to candidates belonging to SC/ST Category. 
  • Candidates must possess the domicile of Karnataka.
  • The age of candidates must be 17 years or more at the time of admission. 
  • Candidates who have completed their class 12 from the NIOS board are also eligible to apply for the program.
