In NIET Greater Noida, there is always 15% seat reserved for direct admission. For admission in B.Tech courses, a candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 60% marks in total, along with a minimum of 40% marks in each paper from a recognized board or university.

Further, for direct admission in NIET Greater Noida, the college conducts its own entrance examination, which has written tests, comprising of topics like- objective type aptitude questions, English test, and additional objective type Math test, specially for B.Tech aspirants, followed by a Personal Interview round taken by the experts in the college.

NIET, Noida offers direct admission to B.Tech program. For 15% seats, candidates can apply for direct admission to the NIET. I assume you are asking about admission process of btech course, see there is no separate entrance exam conducts by niet, 85% seat of niet is fills by upsee entrance test. remaining 15% seat is filled by the score of qualifying exam, where students can directly apply in niet, based on their qualifying marks i.e 10+2 score admission is done. you may follow the below link to know about upsee syllabus,

Yes, there are direct admissions in NIET Greater Noids for b.tech in CS Branch via Management/NRI Quota where the student must have passed the qualifying exam that is 12th class with minimum 60% aggregate and 40% in individual subjects.

No you are not eligible for UP scholarship as you are from Bihar and for UP scholarship , there is a  criterion  that to get scholarships, you need to be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh (UP) or you should hold a domicile of UP.
