I would suggest you to prefer ECE at JIIT Noida over Chandigarh University. JIIT Noida has a huge locational advantage, not only being one of the best Private Institutes in NCR for Computational Sciences and Electronics, but being located near IT and Technology hubs of Delhi NCR, provide huge scope and impetus to training and placements.
