NRI institute of technology college Btech 2nd year lateral entry mechanical branch college timings are 9:30AM to 4:30PM, lunch time 1:00PM to 2:00PM same as the regular students only. There is no difference between regular students and lateral entry students according to timings, classes, lecturers, placements..etc. all are same for every branch not only mechanical branch.

The one and only the difference between lateral entry and regular students, lateral entry students are directly entered to the 2nd year 3rd semester with the ECET entrance exam, they are come from 3 years diploma full time study with recognised universities or colleges.

Your EAMCET rank is not good enough and your Category reservation also won't help you. You won't get admission in this college. If you are from a reserved Category BC or SC/ST you may get admission in this college. So try for the best. If you are okay with any of the stream you may get admission in the College but CSE and ECE have huge competition.

1st options will be good for you as the college is renouned and recognised college. At every place you have to adjust. If you look for comfort zone at every place then you can't work. so try to adjust with the environment.

For the second option its fine that college is non-autonomous. You will get lots of oppourtunities and that will come to you for your skills not for the college is Good.

It will bring many companies to the college and you will get many off camus oppurtunites too. so Go with any one. Its fine. You will get job as per your skills. That has no relation with your college. If you dream big then look a job at Google or Microsoft. They don't come for campus recuritment but they take students for job which purely based on the skills not that college is recognised in the country.

In the college there are 400 students from CSE, ECE and IT. In these 400 students 360 members were secured the jobs this year. Almost we got 70 to 80 companies for our college. Every student can get the different jobs according to their performances. The highest salary among those was 14 Lacs per year and the least is 2lakhs per year. The top companies like Amazon, TCS, CTS, TECHMAHENDRA etc. Almost 60percent people got internships.

Hello Sujanmulkharish, the distance between the Pipula road and NRI institute of technology is very much. These two have the difference of almost 300 kilometres. And for that much distance, you should take a bus for transport. And one sided transport for that much distance can cost around 100-150 rupees for one side.
