Om Engineering College, established in 2009, is one of the premier educational institutes located in Junagadh, Gujarat. This affiliated college, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), has been on a continuous rise to emerge as the nodal center of engineering education. The campus, spread over 17.6 acres, provides an ideal atmosphere for learning and growth. Presently, a total of 870 students are enrolled with a dedicated faculty of 77 members to ensure the right student-to-teacher ratio for personal attention.

OEC has a highly diversified range of modern facilities designed to foster an enriching student experience. The hub of intellectual activity, the college library is well-endowed with many resources to foster educational programs. OEC has linked with Trimurti Hospital in Junagadh for health and wellness, thus making quality medical care available to students. The campus has a fully equipped sports ground for both indoor and outdoor games. This provides for the physical development of a student at par with his or her academic development. The institution possesses an excellent IT infrastructure, with 20Mbps high-speed internet connectivity and Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus for the tech-savvy students. Om Engineering College imparts a whole gamut of engineering programs; all the programs are full-time and four-year BE degrees. Currently, the institute imparts five different BE programs: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Chemical Engineering. 

The admission process in Om Engineering College is simple and based on merit. Applicants for admission to the engineering programs at OEC have to appear for a Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET). This state-level examination becomes the main criterion for getting admission into various engineering colleges in Gujarat, including OEC. The institute does accept the test scores of GUJCET for the fair and one-way admission of all students.
