OEC encompasses a health center that could provide all the necessary first-aid and medical kits along with the necessary guidance from a medical assistant. The Institution has appointed an expert Medical Officer, who visits the college regularly for the benefit of the students and the Staff. We organize a seminar, workshop, blood donation camp, yoga classes, and many more activities related to health. The Institution has a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Trimurti Hospital -Junagadh (established in 1983) for medical and diagnostic services both as Out Patients and patients.

The library is an integral part and the nerve center of Om Engineering College, imparting its services to students, faculty, and other staff members. It offers excellent library services in line with the objectives and mission of the institute. The primary mission of the library is to support the educational programs of the institute by providing physical and intellectual access to information, consistent with the present and anticipated educational functions of the institute.

The College firmly believes in students' overall development for which study and sports both should simultaneously go. Keeping this fact in mind, they have a big sports ground available for the sports with all the outdoors as well as Indore games' tools available with the institute. Students are given different free slots to play their favorite games at the given time. Plus college organizes a sports week for the students in which students participate in various games like cricket, volleyball, table tennis, carom, chess, badminton, Kho, kabaddi, girls cricket, etc. of their choice and win the prizes too. They are proud to say that the cricket team has reached the GTU level and won the trophy.
