Dear aspirant
I think you are asking about mbbs seat in govt medical College instead of mmbs because there is no such course.
So if you want to get govt mbbs seat you will have to appear for neet exam which is going to conduct on September 12.
For getting govt seat in general category in AIQ counseling you should must score 620+ marks for secure seat.
If you participate in state quota then also you will be needing 600+ marks in general category to grab a seat in government medical College.
You can use our neet college predictor it will tell you at which marks you may get govt college in your category. Link is below

Hi
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Telangana. I am assuming you from general category.
Making prediction is difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , 592 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in OSMANIA MEDICAL COLLEGE, HYDERABAD under Telangana state quota
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana
But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
---------) number of students that appeared in the neet examination,
---------) kind of marks obtained by students in neet ,
---------) toughness level of the neet examination,
---------) number of seats available etc.
So , in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should target at least 30- 50 marks more in comparison of neet 2019 i. e around 620- 640 marks .
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout, the link for the same is provided below :-
