Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities, New Delhi Admission Process

Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Institute of Physical Disabilities provides admission for all its programmes like Bachelor of Physical Therapy (BPT), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT), Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics (BPO) and Master of Prosthetics & Orthotics (MPO). Candidates have to appear for the Common Entrance Test for admission into these courses. Candidates will be selected on the basis of the entrance examination scores, desirable qualifications and desirable experience. The entrance exam is of three hours duration and will be in the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) pattern. It is usually conducted during June or July.

Candidates must have qualified Class 12th examination from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects. They must have passed all subjects with a minimum of 50% marks for the general category and 45% marks for the reserved category. Candidates must be 17-23 age in case of the general category and 17-28 in case of the reserved category.

Classrooms are quit big to accomodate a large number of students. Professors are highly educated in their respective departments and are always ready to help whenever required. Library is well maintained.

I am student of bpt in 2 nd year . All the books available in library according to our courses and many more . Teachers are also very supportive and creative. Practical exposure is also good . From this year placements are also available I our stream with good package.

PDUNIPPD is best for Allied courses in Delhi.

I have completed my BPT from PDUNIPPD because it is well known college for such courses in Delhi. Lectures and Professors of this college are well educated and very helpful. This is professional course and you will get a job in hospital, clinics after the completion of course or you can pursue higher studies .

No ,Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College not only for disabilities people this college is for everyone .Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College is one of the top-ranked colleges of Delhi University. It was established in the year 1990. The college offers BMS, B.A, B.Sc, B.Com courses in various disciplines in General as well as Honors divisions. Apart from the UG programs,it also offers Diploma and Certificate courses.

bot, bachelor in occupational therapy is 4.5 years course in pandit dindayal upadhay institute of person with disabilities. see last year entrance test for bot course was held on the month of june. right now there is no official notifications available. you need to regularly check the official website for updates. to appear in the entrance test you need to have pcb and english as a subject in 10+2 course. you may follow the below link to get an over view.
